• The events organized during the Year of Janusz Korczak include:– Promotion of the person of Janusz Korczak– Dissemination of the knowledge about the pedagogical ideas (subjectivity of the child, the

child's right to respect)– Promotion of the awareness of children's rights

• The involvement of the Polish Ministries, NGOs and other institutions

• Due to the Year of Janusz Korczak, Polish embassies all around the world prepared many projects in the field of public and cultural diplomacy
