Meet Your OA Management

The Community Management Team of Sun & Sky Towers is led by Mr. Jawad Hussain as the Senior Community Manager. Mr. Jawad brings more than twelve years of experience from the leading developers in United Arab Emirates to this great community of Sun and Sky Towers. He is a certified Manager by Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Abu Dhabi adopted a new real estate law requiring Manager licensing and upon availability of the course and examination, he will complete the coursework to become licensed in Abu Dhabi.

The team also consists of Community Coordinator Miss Cherie Lumbis and Community Site Inspector Mr. Nasir Mahmood. Together, they manage the common areas of the community with the assistance of supporting teams. They are here to listen to your concerns, complaints and suggestions. You can always find them on Level 1 of Sun Tower in the Community Management Office between 08:30am-05:30pm during work days.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

It was a lovely occasion for the Gate & Arc Towers and Sun & Sky Towers communities who celebrated their Valentine’s Day at Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi on the 14th day of February. The event was organized and successfully conducted by the Khidmah Health Club team. A total of 25 kids and 62 adults participated in the evening.

Valentine’s Day was the kick-off event for 2016 that aimed to provide a memorable time for the couples and their kids. The team organized fun filled activities which allowed guests to spend quality time together.

Registration started at 5:30 pm, facilitated by the Health Club staff as they welcomed residents and guests who were dressed to the nines in their elegant attire. Each couple was given a coupon for entry into the raffle draw.

The highlight of the event was the salsa dance workshop in which most of the couples participated. The dance instructor, Brando, gracefully illustrated step-by-step instruction on how to perform the salsa dance.

The evening was complimented with dinner and a violin serenade for adults and children alike.

Please join us in 2017 as we plan an even larger, more extensive evening for our residents.

Community Event

LET THERE BE HEDGES

Sun and Sky welcomes the addition of hedges strategically planted around the children’s playground area to provide better safety and clarity of the play area boundaries. Previously, the curbs around the children’s play area on the ground floor were open, allowing children to access the driveways around it. These hedges were carefully selected to ensure they are child safe.

In addition to providing a barrier for children from the road, the hedges also add an aesthetic beauty to the landscaping.

Apart from all the measures we are taking to make sure your children are safe in the community, we request that parents never leave their toddlers unattended. It just takes a second to cause an accident.

SECURITY UPGRADES

Keeping you and your family’s security in mind, we are in the final stages of upgrading the security systems to your lobbies. These security upgrades will stop all non-residents from entering and exiting the lobbies of Sun and Sky Towers.

Your lobbies are only for you. Unfortunately, residents from neighboring towers have found it convenient to pass through your lobbies to Boutik Mall. At the request of our residents, we are upgrading our security systems by adding additional access control systems. These will allow access to residents of Sun and Sky only, making it a safer community.

Improvements

FIRE DRILL

With summer approaching, the Community Management team is busy organizing a fire drill in coordination with Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Department. Khidmah and Aldar are instituting strict precautions by conducting a fire drill in order to develop awareness among the residents of the community.

Multiple health and safety audits are also being performed to ensure that all the necessary firefighting equipment is in tip-top-shape at all times.

Please remember, the safety and security of our residents is always paramount. Depending on all the necessary approvals from the concerned government departments, we anticipate this drill will be conducted sometime in the second quarter of 2016.

RETAIL UPDATE

What can be better than having Starbucks, Nando’s, Popeyes, Which Wich and Khidmah Sales and Leasing Office at your doorstep?

Our residents and office employees constantly ask when to expect these renowned brands to start their operations. Expect Starbucks, Popeyes and Which Wich in May and Nando’s a little after that.

Batra Bookshop has already begun catering to the needs of book lovers. Khidmah Sales and Leasing Office should be open this quarter to assist owners with sales, leasing, property management and property maintenance contracts.
