Sending data/submitting report required by supervisor within DEADLINE-if cant -due to unavoidable, exceptional reasons-please inform your supervisor –DON’T TAKE OTHER PERSON’S FOR GRANTED

Saying “no” to unreasonable expectations with justifications given sagaciously

If you cant take up customer’s call – please call me after 30 mins (eg.) due to some unavoidable reasons and

don’t say always that you are in meeting.

Common errors• “ I have a great relationship with him,

if I do his work later on , he wont mind”.

• “Don’t worry. I will manage. I will convince him…”

• “Credit has signed off with a condition that I have to submit latest salary slip by tomorrow.No problem-I will submit when he will put the file on hold during underwriting…”

to guide/train team members in a structured way

and stillexpect outstanding results.

Remember promises kept – use note pad/diary

There is nothing wrong in resisting others’ unreasonableness

Remembering promise is a technique to augment one’s own character and personality

Intelligence and capability are not adequate.

We must have the joy of doing things

beautifully.
