Create a novel concept of territorial control room allowing for the prevision and prevention phases, assessing the residual risk and coordinating emergency

Improve the environmental monitoring effectiveness with adequate –and possibly embedded- ICT infrastructures integrated with satellite views

Address the homeland security issue (explosive and weapons detection, suspicious people identification)
