From the design period to the fi nal acceptance and after sales service of our systems, we continuously provide assistance for our customer requirements. For each measuring task, our well-trained service engineers create an individual test plan that makes every measuring computer and its measuring procedure unique. After installation at the premises of the customer, measuring processes can be supplemented and expanded at any time. Of course, the PROMESS language is no secret, thus every customer is free to program a process, a graphic or changes on their own. Trainings take place at the customer’s site or at PROMESS in Berlin.

The PROMESS software is based on years of experience and is permanently optimised and expanded with the help of customer feedback. It is characterized by the simple creation of test plans, smooth data transmission and the recording and calculation of precise measure-ment data. In addition, measurement-related events can be integrated, which are called-up automatically or in the event of a process violation.

PRONITRON T5 and PRONIMAX V5

The PRONITRON T5 and PRONIMAX V5 are compact measuring computers suitable for the industrial environment. Equipped with Windows 10 and the PROMESS SPC Software, measured values are recorded, processed, visualised and evaluated. PROMINO

The PROMINO is a powerful, energy- saving industrial PC. It is suitable for simple and complex measurement requirements.

NETBOXm

The NETBOXm is a high-speed measuring interface, which can be individually equipped. Modular replaceable follow-up boxes make it easy to extend the measuring system.

PROTAMO

The PROTAMO is a 22-inch touch screen with a robust glass surface. The PROMESS Measuring Software displays a reduced keyboard at the touch of a button. This does not require an external keyboard.

Planning Module

The software Planning Module is used for the creation of check routines which allow data collection at the measuring station.

PROMESS SoftwareEvery measuring task can be solved with the help of the PROMESS SPC Software. This optimises component manufacturing and improves statistics through minimising the need to reject bad parts. The PROMESS SPC Software offers instruments for individually plannable data acquisi-tion, subsequent process control and various visualisations of the measurement results.

Measuring Software

The PROMESS Measuring Software helps to capture a wide range of measured values. It is easy to use and presents a meaningful representation.

The PROMESS standard software can be supplemented by various software modules. With the help of graphics and instructions, for example, an error-free measuring process can be ensured interactively with the operator.

The software module Process Monitor is suitable for centralizing several PROMESS measur-ing stations, providing not only a quick overview, but also enabling convenient evaluation and display of individual measuring stations.
