Printer Preparation

Place print platform on a level surface. Remove the adhesive backing from print pad and install pad onto print platform.

. Press the two red levers down.

Install platform on to both sides of the platform holder pins

Orient material cover so that the notch is at the back of chassis. Seat material cover over chassis.

Orient material cover as shown.

Ensure end tabs are seated at each end.

Install scraper bar onto the shuttle bar fingers.

After proper installation, the scraper bar, you will be able to move the bar back and forth.

Open door and unlock shuttle plate and lift up.

Orient gasket as shown with gasket notch seated over intake and install around imager glass

Printer Preparation

Install material tray on the front of shuttle image plane glass, resting tray on gasket.

Separate the gasket from the from the inside part of pad. Discard the inside part. Remove the inserts in gaskets and discard.

Caution: A pinch point exist between the shuttle plate and the frame. When closing the shuttle plate, keep fingers and hands away from the pinch point area.

Slowly lower shuttle plate keeping hands and fingers away from the pinch area and lock shuttle plate.

Starter Kit


Open material door and slide cartridge in until fully seated. Close door. From the inside of printer, open the vent cap on material bottle during operation.

Close the vent cap when removing material cartridge from printer.

Remove the two finger cots from the cartridge valves.

IMPORTANT: Before installing cartridge, shake cartridge by tilting left to right and right to left several times.

WEAR GLOVES!

Pinch valves to open valves completely.

Printer Preparation

Remove the backing strips from tape on the resin blotter .

Place the resin blotter over the shuttle plate .

With the tape side down, orient blotter so that the two notches are at the front of shuttle plate.
