New Labour Code (1st July 2012):
Tax reductions for companies employing workers <25 and >55
Young workers:
- 3/6 months transitional starting period- companies hiring workers <25 pay no social contributions for 2 years
Elder workers:
- Government fund for retraining of dismissed public workers- Persons working beyond retiring age get increases of pension base- Working after retirement is only permitted in health and education

SECTOR COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS
Joint and co-financed Solidarity Fund (1999) to support employment and workers’ income in case of bank crisis and restructuring:

For Banks that cannot apply the previous agreement:
- Check for unemployment (max 24 months),
