Construction of homes in Commune Village 1 of Batulao Artscapes have resumed following hard lockdowns

and manpower as well as logistical challenges in 2020, with 24 home completions. Of these completed homes,

two were successfully turned over and more will be scheduled in the coming weeks.

A total of 186 homes are in various stages of construction and are targeted for completion in 2021, while land

development and site works have also begun for the exclusive amenities of Commune Village 1.

Utilities for Commune Village 1 are fully operational, including water, electricity, and phone and internet

connection. Streetlights and the elevated storage water tank are fully operational, as well as village security

and property management services.

Batulao Artscapes is developed by Century Properties Group under Century Limitless Corporation. Commune village model units for Hedera and Polygonal Successions may be viewed at the Sales Center all throughout the week.
