- Create public debate on the North/South inequality access to natural resources leading public opinion to the need of new rights based model.

- Engage CSOs and grass-root activists in advocating for a new equitable approach to natural resources access and management, and for changing unsustainable consumption patterns.

- Build a programme of change for decision-makers and EU companies to provide a new policy framework.
