Provide sitework to prepare for two new custom designed portable buildings to serve as the new Health Center at Richmond High School, utilizing the old Building A site. Provide site work to demolish old paving, perform new grading and paving, extend utility services including electrical power, data, sewer, water and storm drain work, provide ADA path of travel, parking lot striping, fire alarm, low voltage and intrusion alarm systems. The new portable buildings will be provided and installed by Class Leasing LLC. Site work provided by Lathrop Construciton Associates.
