Project Specific Health, Safety & Environment Plans - Ref DC/HSE 231

Dear Customer, We would like to remind you that the Project Health, Safety and Environment Plans ("ProjectHSE Plan") held by all main contractors need to be reviewed and approved by the ProjectConsultant. This is further to prior notification issued on 12th January 2009 (Circular 128). Please note that all Project Consultants are responsible for: 1) The review and approval of Project HSE Plans to ensure full alignment with that the laws, regulations and requirements of Dubai Creative Clusters Authority ("DCCA") 2) Ensuring the correct implementation of the approved Project HSE Plan in full compliance with DCCA, Local and Federal legal and regulatory requirements, the primary objective being to offset the risk of accidents occurring on the construction site. This is to be viewed as a minimum requirement for each project construction site Project consultants are required to complete the following documents for submission to DCCAalong with the relevant Building Permit Application: 1) Approved Project HSE Plan 2) Undertaking letter signed and stamped by the Project Consultant Document templates are attached to this communication for your convenience. We also attach aguideline document for your reference that lists the elements required for inclusion in all ProjectHSE Plans.
