• 315kW VFD Controlled Motor Starter. • MicroLogix 1100 PLC Control System. • Installed into Modular Air-Conditioned Switchroom. • Site electrical installation and cabling system.


Carter Holt Harvey (CHH) – Gympie Operation Installation of a Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) – System used for the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere from the Drying process.

• Disconnect existing field cabling from the decommissioned MCC. • Install new MCC and reconnect cabling. • Installation of cabling and instrumentation for WESP and ancillary equipment. • Fibre Optic cable installation.


Laminex Supply Chain - Murrarie Warehouse installation of POE, IP cameras at the Laminex Distribution Centre

Lion – Brewery Milton Keg line PLC/VFD upgrade to the Palletiser, De-palletiser and Filler Areas

• Remove Siemens S5 PLC and install Siemens S7 Controller. • Modify DOL motor starters to Danfoss VLT (Variable Frequency Drives) • Upgrade associated cabling to EMC compliance. • Manufacture and Installation of extension tier to existing MCC.

ABB Australia The project involved sub contract works to ABB Australia and supplier contract works to Snowy Hydro Limited.

• Replacement of SHL generator main circuit breakers • Removal and 21 off 11k main air circuit breakers and replacement with CF6

gas circuit breakers ranging from 90 megawatts to 300 megawatts per unit Contract Value to date for 21 units is $630K with 13 units still to be completed.

ABB Australia Upgrades of SHL generator excitation control systems T3 Power Station Units 1 to 4

• Replacement of dynamic breaking transformer and associated control wiring • Interface with new controls upgrade

Project is ongoing with two units to be completed at T3 power Station in 2010.
