Automatic Blood bag Labeling System

  We   have   successfully   deployed   a   tailor   made   labeling   system   for   a   leading  

  blood bag manufacturer. The benefits of the developed system are as follows:

  Flexibility in labeling (ability to accommodate different label types)

  Product flexibility ( We have developed a custom blood bag template that can

accommodate different types of bags )

Pick and Place automation system

    For the blood bag manufacturer we have developed a pick and place robotic system that integrates two consecutive processes viz. the blood bag assembly and blood bag labeling process.

  We have developed custom made conveyors for different types of material handling   requirements. We have expertise in componentised design of machines / systems ie. systems that are scalable. All our conveyors are modular in design so that increase in length or width is achieved easily.

 Assembly automation system

  An   assembly   automation   system   to     assemble   a   sleeve   and   a   valve   and  

  simultaneously check the air leakage of the assembly. The benefits derived are:

Cost reduction – at present the customer is subcontracting this operation. The developed system results in a yearly saving of Rs.40 Lacs.

Borescope automation systemBorescopes   are   widely   used   in   the   automobile   industry   for   various   visual   inspection applications that requires deep bores, holes and cavities to be inspected for defects.We have developed an automation system that enables automatic insertion of borescope and its precise positioning thereby reducing operator fatigue, cycle time and thus improve the defect detection process altogether.

Profile Measurement SystemA computerized profile measurement system was developed to check the profile of brake calipers of automobiles.
