Project Management Registration Information

To register for the 2015/ 2016 program please complete the corporate training registration form for

(Note‐ students must complete all modules in order. This program is Fall intake only!)  

Registration for subsequent modules can be completed at a later date. 

3 Methods to register: Email, fax or in person.

In person, you can register at the registrar’s office. Room 166 in the main building. 

The Registrar’s Office hours are: 

Monday – Thursday 9A‐ 5P 

Friday 10A‐4P  

If you do not have a student number, leave this blank and complete all of the other information on the form. 

For students paying for the courses, please indicate section 150 information. 

For students who are sponsored by their company, please indicate section 159 information.  

Please include company invoice information on the form.  

Any receipts issued will have a student ID#. Please note your student ID # for future use. 

Please also provide an email address that you check frequently. From time to time class information and parking information will be sent via email.
