Category 1– candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent

Time Requirements
• Time Requirements:– a 3-10 month mentoring partnership.
• Each partnership will determine:– how much time is required to best meet the needs of the partners– and plan and schedule their time accordingly.
• Suggested that:– mentor/protégé(e) pairs meet face-to-face at least one hour every
month. – mentor/protégé(e) pairs will communicate in some way, e.g. a
phone call, email message, written note, etc. at least every two weeks.
