Project Engineer Position Available (PE)
Kilduff Underground Engineering, Inc. (KUE), based in Denver, CO, is an underground design consulting
firm that specializes in supporting contractors, A/E firms and owners with the design, inspection and
rehabilitation of tunnels ranging in size from 12-inches to 60-feet in diameter. The firm provides standard
geotechnical design services, deep excavation support design (SOE), claims support, construction
management services, as well as designs, installs and monitors geotechnical instrumentation.
In its 7th year in business, KUE is seeking an experienced geotechnical and/or structural Engineer who is
capable of assisting in the oversight and management of all engineering efforts out of the Denver, CO
office. Experienced PE with a focus in Geotechnical and Underground Engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
• AutoCAD Drafting
• Support of Excavation Design
• Tunnel Initial Support Design
• Geotechnical Data Analysis
• Structural Analysis and Design
• Construction Inspection
• Cost Estimation
• Manage Projects & Reporting
• Provide QA/QC
• Prepare Proposals
• Track Project Budgets
• Manage & Build Client Relationships
Other details about this position:
• Must be a licensed PE w/ at least 5 years of industry experience
• Candidates with Underground Construction and/or a Geotechnical background are preferred.
• Candidates must have experience with AutoCAD.
