DESCRIPTION :-
Development of the 2,500-acre new General Headquarters (GHQ)
Complex and township for the Pakistan Army, which houses the
new defense services complex, central military command and
operation centres of the Army. It is a self-contained township
planned to offer quality living environment and equipped with high
technology and advance infrastructure capable of supporting a
population of 90,000.
Central to the development are the new GHQ Complex, MINDEF,
JSHQ, Sigcen, IPSR complexes and associated high security
defense support facilities which are complimented by over 15,000
defense housing units, local neighbourhood centres, 13 army
schools and colleges, army hospitals, golf course, polo grounds,
libraries, over 500 acres of lush parks and lakes and other modern
amenities.
Key features of the urban infrastructure include the utilization of
stormwater best management practice (BMP) for flood control and
improved water quality, optimized earthwork design, centralized
sewerage and treatment system and a dual hydraulic zone water
supply system that offers cost efficiency and supply reliability.
SERVICES PROVIDED :-
Conceptual designs for civil infrastructure in support of the
urban layout planning. Formulate master plans and guidelines for the development
of earthwork, stormwater drainage system, road networks, water supply and sewerage systems Presentations and reporting to client’s acceptance.
