1. INTRODUCTION

CORAL ENERGÍA emerged in 2016 as a company focused on theDEVELOPMENT OF RENEWABLE PROJECTS with the aim of beinga leading company in the development of businesses in therenewable energy industry in Latin American markets, with a focuson Argentina, through the creation of a portfolio of solar, windand hydroelectric generation projects.

In the Argentinian market, CORAL ENERGÍA has participated in thelatest tenders under the RenovAr program:

• RenovAr 1 y 1.5: 5 solar projects located in the province of SanJuan (total capacity of 130 MWac), having awarded 2 of them(50 Mwac).

• RenovAr 2: 11 offers (total power of 760 MWac) 7 inpartnership with "Castlelake", 2 in partnership with "AESArgentina" and 2 as Coral Energia (Corven Motors).

CORAL CONSULTORIA arises in 2018 as a company focused on theDEVELOPMENT OF PROJECTS FOR THIRD PARTIES, as well as theprovision of ENGINEERING, CONSULTING, PROJECTMANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION, OPERATIONAND MAINTENANCE in renewable energy, with the aim ofmeeting the needs of customers and projects by applying the bestpractices acquired in more than 15 years in the markets of Brazil,Chile, Peru and Argentina.

To fulfill the proposed objectives, a strategic collaborationagreement has been established with the independentconsultancy ESTEYCO ( ) for everything thatrefers to the development of basic engineering, detail, technicalinspection of work, resource reports, among others.

LEANDRO IRAOLA (PRESIDENT)

Leandro Iraola is an entrepreneur and president of Grupo Iraola, an economic group with more than 20 years of existence and more than 700 employees in its different locations: Argentina, Brazil, China and Paraguay in different areas and / or markets: Auto parts, Motor vehicles, Agro and Building. With which it allows an annual invoicing, today it amounts to more than USD 182,000,000 per year.

GIOVANNI VINCIPROVA (CORPORATE DIRECTOR)

Giovanni Vinciprova was Corporate Director at REP (Renewable Energy Platform) Before REP he was the Superintendent of the Environment at LAP (LatinAmerica Power) and before joining LAP in 2013, he had been the Environmental Superintendent at ERSA (Energias Renováveis S,A), current CPFLRenováveis, from 2008 to 2013, where he developed Several hydroelectric power stations and wind parks in Brasil, Prior to working at ERSA, Mr,Vinciprova had served as an Environmental Coordinator at CPFL / Alstom 2001-2008 and at Bourscheid 2002-2004.

(i) Bachelor of Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil);

(ii) Master's Degree in Animal Biology from the Federal University of Rio Grande (Brazil); y

(iii) MBA in Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (Brazil).

More than 25 years in the renewable energy market, more than 8,5 GW developed (# 79 projects) and # 100 environmental licenses approved.

DIEGO LOUREIRO (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)

Diego Loureiro is an hydraulic engineer with a vast experience in renewable energy (Solar, Wind and Hydro Projects), Diego has served as ExecutiveDirector at REP (Renewable Energy Platform), and was Development and New Business Manager for 6 years at LAP (Latin America Power), Before joiningLAP in 2011, he acted as Coordinator of the Wind Energy Projects in Energisa and from 2007 to 2011, as coordinator of the Hydraulic and Wind Projects inERSA (Energias Renováveis S,A), current CPFL Renováveis.

(i) Hydraulic engineer from the Federal University of Itajubá - MG - UNIFEI (Brazil);

(ii) MSc. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo - USP (Brazil);

(iii) Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of Sao Paulo - USP (Brazil); Y
