Intermediary Website Review – 21 June 2017

1. Home Page

Word missing – “If you are already registered as an Intermediary, you can log in to the Progressive Online Portal at any time. Otherwise please register for access”

Latest news at bottom of home page contains filler text – “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Morbi rutrum suscipit elit vel commodo. Etiam...”

2. Register Page

Postcode/address look up does not seem to be working – is this because it is just a staging site?

Should the button at the bottom of the registration form (below) be re-labelled as ‘Submit’ or ‘Submit Registration’ rather than ‘Send Enquiry’

3. Products Page

See below - wording on right does not make sense. Perhaps change to:

“For guidance on further advances, products switches or transfers of equity, please visit our ‘Literature’ section or contact your local Progressive branch office.”

4. Criteria Page

Search functionality does not seem to work – for example if you search ‘income documentation’ there are no results i.e. it does not find ‘income’ or ‘documentation’. It also does not seem to work if you look up a phrase that definitely exists e.g. ‘Affordability Assessment’

When you get a ‘no results’ and then try a second search for a word that does exist e.g. ‘income’, no results come back but all criteria is shown at the bottom of the page along the right hand side (see screen shots below):

5. Literature Page

Pdf documents are not in the right places:o Mortgage Intermediary Registration and Payment of Procuration Fees – when you click on

this it brings you to the Progressive Mortgage Application Formo Terms of Business – when you click on this it brings you to the Intermediary Registration

6. Placing Business

The links within point 2 ‘Register to place business online’ should link to the FOP registration page not link back to the digital broker form?

When you click ‘Back to top’ it doesn’t take you back up the page it takes you to the home page

8. Mortgage Payment Calculator

Can we change ‘Mortgage Payment’ to ‘Mortgage Payment Calculator’ in the title in the red banner?

Clicking on ‘Process Guides’ brings you to the Indicative Loan Calculator page.
