It was ranked twelveth best in the world by the Financial Times in September 2015 and highlighted as number two in the world for international business and number three for job international mobility.

MSc in FinanceESADE’s Master in Finance is highlighted as number one in the world in aims achieved and international mobility and is ranked sixth worldwide by the Financial Times in June 2016. Moreover, ESADE is one of only three CFA Programme Partner schools in Spain.

CEMS MIMCEMS is a global alliance of leading business schools, multinational companies and NGOs that together offer the CEMS Master’s in International Management (MIM).

As a founding and sole Spanish member of CEMS, ESADE offers highly motivated individuals the opportunity to obtain two renowned international qualifications by combining an ESADE MSc programme in management with the CEMS MIM.

The CEMS MIM immerse students culturally and linguistically while challenging them to actively put their skills into practice. It gives them valuable opportunities to discuss real-life business situations with specialists from multinational corporations and prestigious academic institutions.

RECRUITING ACTIVITIES

ESADE RECRUITMENT FAIRSHeld four times a year.Four times a year, the MSc Recruitment Fairs bring together nearly 90 recruiters in one space. Three of these events are focused on Finance, Consultancy, and Business & Management, respectively and one general fair is held in the spring. These events feature company presentations, skills seminars, interviews and numerous networking opportunities. They provide a great opportunity for you to meet recruiters who are actively seeking interns and full-time employees.

CAREERS INThroughout the year.

The Careers IN will help you acquire and develop the skills you need to succeed in recruitment processes. They take place five times a year and are sector-specific: Financial Services, Consulting, FMCG, TMT & Industry, and Marketing & Sales. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to participate in workshops focused on developing the main competencies valued by recruiters.

COMPANY PRESENTATIONSThroughout the year.

An alternative way for students to learn about career opportunities by attending an event for a targeted group of students. Presentations are sometimes combined with a networking event or cocktail afterwards. Last year we organised 100 company presentations on campus.

ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWSThroughout the year.

Most companies carry out at least part of the recruiting process on-campus. We provide all the tools and assistance so that companies and students can fully concentrate on the interview process either in person, online or via conference call.

CAREER WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGSThroughout the year.

Participate in one of the numerous interactive workshops and discover what career opportunities are available to you. Brush up on your interview skills or crack cases and attend sector/ industry-specific workshops to put your best foot forward after graduation.

CASE COMPETITIONSThroughout the year.Case competitions are an excellent opportunity to face real life challenges and try to solve real company problems by employing your newly learned skills. Last year, MSc students participated in case competitions organised at ESADE, at other business schools or at prestigious companies. These case competitions are also a gateway to securing an internship or a full-time job.
