In my profession, I was the director of marketing for the AMF bowling centers in Corpus Christi and San Antonio. My favorite part was meeting new people and getting them started into bowling.
What do I like when I am not working? Well, I am retired now but I enjoy traveling mostly by car. Donna and I have driven to 30 states thus far. I love spending time with

The most satisfying benefit from me being in Rotary is working with our youth. Introducing some of the most talented kids in our schools is a highlight. Working with Lysa and Pam make it easy they are the best.
One thing people may not know is I have given out 16 Paul Harris Fellows over my 37 years of perfect attendance.
My dad was the Police Chief in Corpus Christi for 17 years. from 1953 to 1970.
My favorite quote is: If you take care of business, business will take care of you.

This was our first year to have EarlyAct FirstKnight at Crockett Elementary. Their Service Club of 15 students had a goal to raise $200 this year for Polio Plus. They exceeded that goal. They raised $562!
They will be at our meeting on May 21st to present our club with their check. They asked if we would consider matching their donation for Polio Plus. We would like to have at least 15 people match their $200 donation. Can you help? Any amount is appreciated.
Thank you to all the volunteers that helped with the New Life Refuge Ministries outdoor project. Mission accomplished!
