Activity: 14 weeks of sports related movies

Place: Conference Room 1

Date: Every Sunday Beginning Sept. 24 through Jan 8, 2012*

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:30pm

Number of attendees: Minimum 5 – Maximum 25



*With the exception of November 27, December 25 & January 1, 2012

Population served: Primarily female ages 14+

Benefits to Community: Patrons walk in stressed – walk out entertained

Library goal: Happy patrons = Happy community



Proposed Budget: $700 total

Refreshments: Popcorn: $15 per week Soft Drinks: $30 per week**Coffee: $ 5 per week**

Total: $50 per week

** Assumes that left-overs will carry over to next week
