Quality Assurance Plan

Le RA devono cooperare con le LA per il raggiungimento degli standard di qualità previsti dal QAP mediante vari strumenti tra cui:

– Observation – Visite di un paio di ore presso la LA con tono informale.

– Monitorig – Visite di 1 o 2 giorni con tono più formale e strutturato ad esempio prima della visita occorre spedire alla LA il modulo Monitoring Confirmation Form dove sono specificate date, orari e partecipanti alla visita.


Teaching

Un ambiente di circa 90 metri quadrati ( NB 10 piedi quadrati sono circa 1 metro quadrato)

Una rete di PC multimediali per la fruizione del curriculum ( NB Per le classi di formazione ai formatori è necessario un rapporto 1-1 PC –Studenti)

E’ consigliato avere una classe di almeno 10 discenti ed un rapporto di circa un docente ogni 15 discenti.

Un laboratorio CISCO le cui apparecchiature devono essere coperte dal servizio di supporto SMARTnet

•Instructors may attend curriculum training from an Academy which is not in their existing supporting Academy.

•Instructors wishing to receive curriculum training for a specific topic must attend their existing support academy or “support center”.

Create Student Accounts

Instructors may enroll different types of students in their classes:

New students - students who are new to the Academy Program and do not have an account

Eligible Students - students who have taken other courses in the Academy Program, have an account and have met the prerequisites for the course

Incomplete Students - students who were previously marked incomplete in the same course


Instructor Enrollment

Instructors must self enroll in Instructor training courses.

Select training status (Completed, Enrolled, Prerequisites Met, Prerequisites Not Met).

Instructors who have met the course requirements will see a link called Register, which launches the Registration Process.
