    Say the following prayer:

    Print out pages 1, 3, and 5 on card stock. Print page 2 on the backof page 1, and page 4 on the back of page 3 to color back of pieces.

    Score folds, cut out internal white areas marked with anX, and

    cut out pieces.

    Assemble NECK andHEAD. GlueSCALP to gray area on top of head.Glue GLASSES to frame ends.

    AssembleBODYandSHOLDERS. Glue sholders

    to sides of body in thegray areas, making surebody sits flat.

    Assemble MAIN BOX, leaving the front andbottom panels off for now. fold and glue purple

    flaps in back as shown to strenghen box. Glue neck to top of box. Slidebody over neck and glue on darkgreen area of box, with all flaps

    folded inwards except the one onthe left sholder.

    Assemble NECK ROD. Insert neck roddown neck with flat side facing forwardand glue flapAto areaAon top of neck.Glue head on top of areaH on neck rod,making sure head is straight andcentered along the back edge.

    AssembleARM. FoldHANDrectangle in half and glue halvestogether, leaving wrist flapsunglued. When dry, cut out handshape. Fold up wrist flaps. Applyglue to outside flap ends and slide

    wrist into arm until flap ends arejust below the top of the sleeve.

    Glue LEVER ARRAYto dark green area onback of the box. Glue flap at end of neck rod

    to area N on short lever. Insert arm down holeunder left sholder. Glue front arm flap to areaAon long lever. Glue back arm flap to top ofsame lever so arm bottom is flat on lever.

    Assemble TUMBLER and TUMBLERSHAFT. Glue TUMBLER GEAR

    HALVES together so holes match upand colored sides face out. The inner

    flaps of the yellow half should foldthrough the hole in the purple half.

    GlueWASHER to tumbler shaftsL end. InsertR end through box

    hole TL, then tumblers L side, thenyellow side of tumbler gear, andfinally opposite box hole. GlueanotherWASHER to shaftsR end

    to secure it to box. Align and gluetumbler to dark red area of shaftand gear flaps to gray triangles.

    Assemble TUMBLER SWITCH and CAM SHAFT. GlueWASHER to cam shaftR end. Insert other shaft endthrough box hole CR, then tumbler switch (witharrow pointing left,) thenHEAD CAM andARM CAM(red triangle sides facing left,) and finally oppositebox hole. Glue tumbler switch to gray rectangles onshaft (one side of switch will curve a bit). Align andglue cams to gray triangles.

    Assemble CRANK SHAFT and CRANK HANDLE.

    Place CRANK WASHER over left end of camshaft, matching washer prong to side markedP. Glue gray side of crank shaft to crank washer

    prong and crank shaft end flaps to gray areason cam shaft. Glue crank handle to crank shaftin a similar manner.

    Glue onFRONT AND BOTTOM PANELS.
