The project involved providing multiple options for the check-in counters and gate counters at all previous TWA terminals that were being converted to American Airlines after the AA-TWA merger. My responsibilities included preparation of construction drawings, plans, and schedules for multiple airport locations in the United States.

This was a residence built for a small family of four on the Nandi Hills, Bangalore, India. The house is designed on two levels. The planning of this residence took into consideration the local environmental conditions. My responsibilities included the preparation of construction documents. The photos showing the three dynamic elevations of the house helps us observe the use of pergolas and the effective use of the composite masonry to accentuate points of interest in the elevation.

During my internship in India, I worked at Shilpa Sindoor Architects and Associates under Architects Shankar and Navnath Kanade—the Indian veterans in the field of town planning and low cost construction technology. I gained first hand knowledge on their indigenous low cost housing technology namely, Chapdi. I was involved in the design of residences using this technology.

This residence for Mr. Shahil Namoshi was also planned to be constructed using the same technology. The residence consisted of two floors. The ground floor included an office, dining area, kitchen and a bedroom, while the first floor included three bedrooms, a family room, and a living room.

The main features of this residence are the use of levels in each floor to demarcate different living quarters and the use of courtyards and skylight to bring in natural diffused lighting into the residence.
