SALES TRAINING
The selling process is complex. Kärcher Academy can help your team develop the right skills and adopt more effective sales behaviors. Ultimately, helping your sales force meets its goals.
The floor care sales classes are built around the theme of our trademarked “PDIR+ Process” which focuses on helping customers understand how soil flows into their facility. Through an understanding of each step of the maintenance process (Preventative, Daily, Interim and Restorative Maintenance), the salesperson can help guide the customer to the best solution for them.
The pressure washer sales training focuses on developing strong sales skills, presenting solutions, understanding the products and the range of equipment available.

2018 TRAINING PROGRAM | SERVICE TRAINING
SERVICE TRAININGKärcher Academy’s service school teaches in-depth techniques for service technicians of Kärcher, Windsor Kärcher Group, Landa Kärcher Group, Hotsy, Water Maze & Cuda distributors. The format of the school is a mixture of classroom instruction and hands-on learning with demonstrations and service labs. Experts from Kärcher North America’s Technical Support Division teach these popular courses covering equipment care, factory service, and service management.
The service aspect of business is a critical part of both customer satisfaction and revenue. Customers report spending at least $2 on service for every $1 spent on equipment. A planned maintenance program can extend the useful life of customer equipment by as much as 20% while providing a distributor with an ongoing source of revenue.
