Professional Review What is it? The Professional Review is the final stage in gaining the CIOB Chartered qualification. Successful candidates are entitled to use the designation MCIOB and the title Chartered Construction Manager. Who is eligible? To be eligible candidates must have met the CIOB academic and experience requirements. Training LMS can assist with this at an early stage to confirm your eligibility. How is it delivered? Candidates will be given detailed guidance on how best to demonstrate their competence and experience by tutors Roger Gillespie FCIOB and Brian McMullen FCIOB. During the workshop candidates will write up an initial draft report. What is involved? The Professional Review involves the submission of an experience and competence report complete with supporting documentation such as a CV, organisation chart and CPD information. Training LMS offers a two day report writing workshop to facilitate the completion of this application. What happens after the workshop? Feedback will be provided on the initial draft submission prior to being formally assessed by Training LMS Associate, Allan McMullen PPCIOB, for recommendation to the CIOB for Chartership.
