Master Pastry Chef Jean-François Arnaud’s skill in the domains of artistic pastry and pastry work is highly-sought the world over. He has won countless competitions including the Best Pastry Chef of France (MOF – Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and is an experienced trainer and consultant. Chef Jean-François has helped to open pastry and bakery outlets in Europe, the USA and in Asia. He is currently an Expert Pastry Consultant with HTC In Asia and conducts pastry classes under the FCSIA umbrella
