DevelopmentThe HELIO development department uses the pro/ENGINEER design program. Based on 3D models of new fixtures and their individual parts, the development team produces prototypes for tests and technical inspection to find optimal solutions based on customer needs. This process allows us to smoothly and rapidly introduce new products into our production program.

DesignHELIODESIGN is a new product line that offers customers lighting systems in the form of creative and individual designs. HELIO is the result of the synergy between the work of our designers and lighting technicians.

Materials and ComponentsAll HELIO products are manufactured with high-quality materials and components from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. HELIO uses HELVAR, VOSSLOH SCHWABE, OSRAM, and TRIDONIC, among other suppliers.

TechnologyCNC and aluminium-shaping machines are the basis for high-quality and flexible production. Specially adapted software controls production. All manufacturing procedures are managed, checked, and recorded according to ISO quality management.

AssemblyExperienced and qualified engineers in the assembly workshop carry out final assembly. The production process is subject to precise testing and strict control.

Quality ControlHELIO is certified in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 for the development, production, and sale of lighting equipment.

CORIDOR Lighting SystemIncludes pendant, ceiling, and recessed fluorescent lighting of a modern design with high utility features and craftsmanship. CoridorStatus is an efficient and economical fluorescent floor lamp designed for offices, administrative spaces, as well as modern living spaces. As a freestanding light, it can be placed around interiors according to current needs and customer requirements, offering functional flexibility. For desktop lighting, we recommend using the microprismatic diffuser for the direct part of the light, which considerably reduces glare. It is also possible to use a diffuser in the satine version.

CoridorLED offers the integration of LED technology into the complete Coridor product line.The advantage of this solution is that the body of drawn aluminium simultaneously functions as a cooling element, providing for the longevity of the installed LEDs. Three types of diffusers reduce brightness and provide uniform illumination. LEDs are a promising light source in future lighting technology, and have a wide range of uses and options. LEDs (light-emitting diodes) are based on semiconductor technology.
