Professional Foot & Ankle Centertreating patients for 20 years

Dr. Williams is proud to announce Professional Foot & Ankle Centers’ 20th year of having provided compre-hensive podiatric care to improve the health and wellbeing of their patients.

After serving the community for so many years, the Davison office is in need of a remodel and will close April 1st with a reopening date set for early June 2020.

“We are sorry for the inconvenience, however due to our substantial growth over the past 20 years, we felt it was needed to completely remodel and update the building to better accom-modate our patients’ needs”, says Dr. Mark Williams. “The new office design will have a larger reception area as well as an additional treatment room, enabling us to have two podiatrists working simultaneously. This means we will be able to accommodate same-day appointments as well as urgent care appointments for everything rang-ing from a sprained ankle to an infect-ed diabetic wound or broken bone.”

Patients who have a preexisting appointment scheduled at the Davison office will be contacted and offered an appointment at the Lapeer office on the original time and date of their Davison office appointment. After the Davison location’s reopening in early June, we will continue to have a full line of wound care supplies, diabetic shoes, custom orthotics, and in-house digital x-ray to be able to provide imme-diate answers to patient’s musculo-skeletal concerns.

The Lapeer office is located at 1390 N. Main St., directly across from McLaren-Lapeer Hospital on M-24.

In addition to the office remodel, Professional Foot & Ankle Centers is excited to introduce two podiatrists

who will join the practice this summer. Dr. Jason Weslosky will join the team July 13th and Dr. Krysta Schroeder will join the team August 3rd. Dr. Weslowsky and Dr. Schroeder are cur-rently completing surgical residencies and have a special interest in bunion procedures, heel pain, diabetic foot and wound care, ingrown toenails, wart treatments, minimally invasive proce-dures and sports injuries. Both will also be on staff at Ascension Genesys, McLaren Lapeer, McLaren Flint and Hurley.
