Profender was established in 1976 in Thailand.Our company was specializing on REM Products. We specialize in shocks for pick-ups and commercial vehicles. Some years ago, our company developed a production line for 4x4 products. Profender has a special R and D department which specializes in developing 4x4 products. This team of skilled professionals develops and creates shocks and suspensions for 4x4 vehicles’ needs.

With Thailand ranking as the second country in the world with the most picks ups and SUVs, it is easier for us to develop and test our products. For more than three decades, we have developed a full range of off-road shocks. But we are not stopping there. We are still researching and developing different products to suit our customers’ needs.

We have been granted approval to operate with the ISO 9000 and TS 16949. With years of work and experience in manufacturing in the REM market, we are sure that Profender is the best when it comes to your vehicles’ needs!

DESCRIPTION•Super Twin tube designed with a big piston and a big shaft that provides excellent performance suited for heavy duty use. The perfect specification allows the driver to enjoyed a more comfortable and improved ride.

Low pressure Nitrogen Gas prevent cavity of oil inside the shock when it gets hot. So shocks will consistently work until you arrive at the destination. The inside of the piston is made of Teflon that allows it to slide smoothly and last long. Super polished shaft is excellent in working properly. The shock absorber valve is made of materials from Sandvik Company, Sweden. They can accurately control the needed damping force. It is sealed properly to protect oil leaks and can perform very weel even in dusty and dirty conditions.

BUMP STOP CAN MOUNTING

Description The Twintube Remote Reservoir has a perfect specification for Hi-Performance Vehicles. This has a twin tube shock body. Vehicles using this can perform very well even in difficult terrains and for heavy duty use. The Twin Tube Shock works excellently in even rocky terrains. The piston still work properly even if have some scar in outer body. Subtank contains Nitrogen Hi Pressure. Drivers can make adjustments by themselves by filling up or releasing Nitrogen to the tank.
