unassumably is the guiding principle of the new Vice-Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Prof.Francis Ogbonnaya Otunta, who assumed office on bright Tuesday morning of March 1, 2016 , as the fifth Vice-Chancellor of the University.As he mounted the rostrum to deliver his inaugural address, Prof. Otunta broke the silence of the enthusiastic crowd that filled the Senator Anyim Pius Anyim auditorium to its capacity with these words that introduced his address,' With humility and honour, I warmly welcome everyone to this august gathering .
