1996-2002 Chairman of the Trade Levies Commission, Israel's Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty Tribunal. The decisions written during my term as Chairman of the Commission were published in four volumes and serve until today as one of the most important reference sources for Israeli AD and CVD law.
