HAVLAT – PRECISION TECHNOLOGY SINCE 1980

We are a production service provider for your precision parts,

specializing in the fields of turning, milling and grinding technology and

the assembly of components. As your strongly-performing partner we

make use of a variety of state-of-the-art and versatile machinery.

From individual production to production of series, HAVLAT has been

realising complex customer requests for 35 years now, to satisfy

customers' specific needs.

As family-operated Saxon company in the second generation we

have made it our mission to tie together our homeland with the

workplace in the region of Zittau. Here, the Havlat and Friedrich

families stand for sustainable growth and many years of partner-like

relations with customers and employees.

To manufacture sophisticated and precision building

components, in addition to production experience and

state-of-the-art tooling machines an effective and universal

quality management system is essential. Since 1996 HAVLAT

has maintained a continuously-certified quality

management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.

We reliably ensure the precision and quality of your products

with more than 3,500 calibrated measurement and testing

resources, climate-controlled measurement facilities, and

qualified personnel.

The controls our machining technicians carry out themselves

during production work is additionally backed up by a team

of measurement specialists. This allows us to realise the

tightest of requirements on measurement and surface

tolerances in reliable processes in production and quality

controls.
