Description

‐ electric‐steel construction, that provides reliability and stability

‐ The electric‐steel trolley with cover from the bottom ensures quiet and accurate positioning when installing nails; ‐ The movement of electric‐steel trolley is by mean of two gear wheels and Rack and Pinion mechanism; ‐ Traction gear motor powered by a frequency converter that allows easy adjustment of the rate filing carts, and acceleration and braking; ‐ Electrically tempered steel crossbar for driving nails, having a high strength and durability of a system of balancing shaft, gear wheels and Rack and Pinion mechanism, which ensures perfect alignment on the working plane

We would like to offer you semi‐automatic pallet making machinery. Year of production 2007. This line is able to produce EURO pallets, CP pallets, and various non‐standard pallets. Productivity of making EURO pallets is around 450‐600 pieces per 8 hours. It is required 2 workers to operate line. Machinery automatically hammers nails, puts stamps, cuts pallets corners and puts them in required order. Machinery can be bought by leasing; in that case monthly payment would be 2000‐2300 Euros.
