What is FBP?


Employees have the freedom to design (play around) their salary structure within the FBP amount.

It simply means, an employee can reduce his taxable salary by providing proof of expense for the mentioned FBP

heads.

How do I do it? It’s the middle of the financial year, will it be beneficial?

FBP Arrears concept in greytHR


No matter which month of the year it is, you can begin using the FBP concept and Arrear options in greytHR (for both freshers/ existing employees)

Select ‘Employee Documents’

Employee → Information → Employee Documents


Step 1

Upload documents in Bulk for an employee

Upload your file ‘ZIP or Individual files’ (based on given files types)

Maximum size allowed per file is 10 Mb

Step 3 Select the category for each uploaded file → and click ‘Submit’

State based ‘Statutory Reports’

View your state based/ statutory region based reports


Choose your ‘State’ from the drop down list under the ‘Reports’ Section in greytHR

More than one state can also be chosen – if your companies are in different locations/ based on any other needs

There are two ways to select employees for the segmentation, either based on already available filters or you can manually select the employees

You can either copy-paste the name/ number of an employee

into the grid shown

Select the an employee from the drop down

Then click ‘Save’
