LCM Purchase supports the purchasing organiza-tion with functionalities for demand management, supplier selection, supplier evaluation and supplier relationship management, with the treatment of procurement projects (tenders, offer-comparisons, etc.), in contract creation and execution and in risk management. In addition, in purchasing control and exchange of ERP data, e.g. with SAP and Navision, LCM Purchase offers valuable processing and infor-mation improvement for procurement organizations.
With LCM Purchase, users achieve more transpar-ency, reporting improvements and a reduction of the purchase prices and the internal procurement costs. Additional optimization potentials can be implemented in the contract management, sup-plier evaluation and supplier connection areas. LCM Legal
LCM Legal is particularly tailored to the require-ments of organizations in need of instant availability of contracts, contract-related information and impor-tant agreements. Especially frameworks and individ-ual contracts, different contract categories and types, as well as contract partner are flexibly and efficiently managed and individually analyzable in LCM. Additionally the LCM Contract Controlling provides quick and accurate answers to all arising questions.
With LCM Legal qualitative and quantitative im-provements during the entire contract life cycle are realized: from contract creation during negotia-tions, over approval and execution of the contract, contract controlling and risk management, contract extension, renewal or termination, to the audit ac-ceptable archiving of the contract.
