The recycling fairy tale
A model equation. 100 aluminium
cans are sold, drank, collected
and then recycled within three
weeks.Based on a recycling
quota of 50 percent it will take
less than half a year before all of
the aluminium is lost.
Based on a recycling quota of 75
percent it will at least take a year.
And based on a dream quota of
90 percent total loss will take
place after two years.Not even a
deposit on cans will help.
