For instructions on creating an account, refer to Setting → Internet@TV ID → Create.

1. Press the Red button in Internet@TV home page.

2. Select desired User account, then press the ENTERE button.

If you want to create an account, press the Red button; then create account OSD window appear.

3. After selecting User account, then enter the Password using the number button on the remote controller.

When login succeeds, User account will be displayed on the screen.

SettingsCreate IDs and configure Internet@TV settings from this screen. Highlight Settings using the and buttons and press the ENTERE button.

System Setup

Ticker Autorun (Off / On): Enable/disable Ticker Autorun upon powering on the TV.

The Ticker application provides useful News, Weather, and Stock Market information. The Ticker application on Internet@TV must be downloaded to use this feature.

Depending on your country, the Ticker application may have different service or not be supported.

Channel Bound Service (Off / On): Some channels support application as an Internet data service, allowing you to access the Internet service while watching TV.

Only available if supported by the broadcaster. Reset: Resets Internet@TV settings to factory default settings.Change the Service Lock password

The default password set is "0-0-0-0." If you forget the password you created, press the following sequence of remote control buttons to reset the password to “0-0-0-0”: POWER (off) → MUTE → 8 → 2 → 4 → POWER (on).

Internet@TV ID

You can use this menu when creating, deleting the account. You can control your account including contents site’s account information.

Account is only for internet@TV. Create: Create an account and link it with desired service application.

How to create Internet@TV ID

Before create User account, you should download the application first on the Samsung Apps.1. Using the /// button, select Settings. Then

press the ENTERE button.

2. Press the button to select Internet@TV ID, then press the ENTERE or button.

3. Select Create. The Keypad screen will appear.

4. The keypad OSD will be displayed on the screen.

Using the Keypad

Pressing the TTX/MIX button on the remote while you are using the Screen Keypad enables you to change the text fields to lower case, upper case, numbers and icons. You can use this Screen Keypad in a several Internet@ TV applications.Here is how to input characters.4-1. For example, suppose that you want to input

“105Chang”.

4-2. Press the TTX/MIX button on the remote twice to change the input mode from lower case to numbers.

4-3. Press the 1, 0 and 5 button in numerical order.

4-4. Press the TTX/MIX button on the remote 3 times to change the input mode from numbers to upper case.

4-5. Press the 2 button on the remote 3 times to input C.

4-6. Press the TTX/MIX button on the remote 3 times to change the input mode from upper case to lower case.

4-7. Press buttons on the remote to input the rest of “Chang”. When done, press the ENTERE button.

5. Using the number buttons, enter the User account and Password.

Password must be numbers only. xUsing the x TTX/MIX button, you can change the text fields to lower case, upper case, numbers and icons.

You can delete the entered character using the xPRE-CH button.

Using the x π (REW) or µ (FF) button, you can select icon you want to enter in icon keypad screen.

6. Account created. The provided services can be accessed by all users of your Samsung TV with a single login by linking the users' account to the TV ID. If you want to register a service site ID, select Yes. Service Site list will appear on the screen.

7. Select Register of the Service Site you want, then press the ENTERE button.

8. Using number buttons, enter your application site ID and password. Then press the ENTERE button.

9. Registered successfully. If you add another service site, select Yes. then press the ENTERE button, go to step 5.

10. When completed, select OK. Then press the ENTERE button.

Service Manager : Delete and lock application installed to Internet@TV.

Lock : Lock the application.Accessing a locked application requires the password.

AllShare™ setup and checklists

Deleted mobile phone list showing up again.

[Menu > Application > Content View > AllShare™ > Message] • Where need to block the added mobile phone or device again. Because deleted device would be added again if that device turns on or attempt to approach.

Want to turn off the function of receiving message from the mobile phone.

A system that display 3D images artificially • How ? • Using binocular time delay 1 Left eye recognizes left image, right eye recognizes right image. 2 Human eyes be far away each other 65mm horizontally. So each eye feels a little bit of time delay of left and right information. Human brain merges those images and can feel three-dimensional.

Move to the file you desired using the up/down/right/left buttons and then press the ENTERE or (Play) button. The file is played.

Supports the ViewDevices and Home in MediaPlay homepage.

RecordedTVTo use the recording or Timeshift Mode function, the connected USB device must be available for recording. Deviceformat is recommended to use USB HDD.

During the Device formatting, do not disconnect the device while formatting is in progress. If you format the device, all files will be deleted.

PlayingRecordedTVProgramme

1. Press the or button to select RecordedTV, then press the ENTERE button in the MediaPlay menu.

2. Press the /// button to select the desired file in the file list.

If you missed a live broadcast, you can see from the recorded broadcast using this feature.When the TimeshiftMode is set to Auto, the TV stores the channel you watch currently to record automatically.When the TimeshiftMode is set to Manual, if you press the (Play) button, the TV stores the channel from the point of view you want to record.

NOTE

x Recorded videos are DRM (digital rights management) protected and cannot be played on a PC or other TVs, nor can they be played when the main board of the TV is changed.

x Data broadcasts cannot be recorded.

x The availability of both recording and the TimeshiftMode function may differ depending on picture quality and the free space on the hard disk drive.

x If you press the or button, you can see the current channel being on air, or can see the start point the recorded broadcast.

x The TimeshiftMode operates for a maximum of 90 minutes.

x After the TimeshiftMode function has run for the maximum time, the time information will be fixed to “00:00:00.” Note that if you have paused the recording the TV will automatically resume playback.

x If the 5% free memory space limit of the USB storage device is reached, the current recording process will be closed.

x When recording is performed by both the PVR (Personal Video Recorder) function and a device that supports the HDMI-CEC feature, recording by the PVR function takes precedence.

x During a playback or the TimeshiftMode, the picture will be displayed according to the display settings of the TV.

x If you change the input source during recording, the screen will go blank until the change is completed.

x An application which supports neither the recording nor the TimeshiftMode function will close automatically if you try to use it during either function.

x A message may appear in front of the application window indicating that the recording or the TimeshiftMode function is closed.

x TimeshiftMode function is not supported for radio channels.

x The recording and the TimeshiftMode functions are disabled for channels locked with ChildLock.

x If the USB device has failed the DevicePerformanceTest, the USB device must go through the DeviceFormat and DevicePerformanceTest again before you record with the Guide or ChannelManager.

x The recording and TimeshiftMode functions can only be used with a USB storage device that completed the DevicePerformanceTest.

x If you attempt the recording or TimeshiftMode function with a device that did not have the DevicePerformanceTest, the function will not start.

x If you press (REC) on the remote control while the ChannelManager screen is being displayed or record with TimerRecording, the TV may start or stop recording 1 or 2 seconds later than you intended due to the time needed to process the command.

x If a USB device dedicated to recording is connected, existing TimeshiftMode or recording files that were saved abnormally will automatically be deleted.

x If you switch to external input mode during recording, the recording will continue but the (REC) button will be disabled.

x If any function that turns off the TV (SleepTimer, Off timer, etc.) is set for a time that conflicts with recording, the TV will be turned off once the recording is complete.

x If you attempt the recording or TimeshiftMode function with a device that did not have the DevicePerformanceTest, the function will not start.

x If you press (REC) on the remote control while the ChannelManager screen is being displayed or record with TimerRecording, the TV may start or stop recording 1 or 2 seconds later than you intended due to the time needed to process the command.

x If a USB device dedicated to recording is connected, existing TimeshiftMode or recording files that were saved abnormally will automatically be deleted.

x If you switch to external input mode during recording, the recording will continue but the (REC) button will be disabled.

x If any function that turns off the TV (SleepTimer, Off timer, etc.) is set for a time that conflicts with recording, the TV will be turned off once the recording is complete.

If you press the ENTERE button (Chaptering) during playing the file, you can explore scene divided into 5 chapters you want.

1. Select the movie file you want to play continuously by pressing the or button to select it from the file list section.

2. Press the (Play) / ENTERE button.

3. Select PlayContinuously (Resume Play) by pressing the Blue button. The Movie will begin to play from where it was stopped.

The Blue button is available when resuming play.

If the Cont.movieplayhelp function is set to On in the Settings menu, a pop-up message will appear when you resume play a movie file.
