STEERING DRAWBARThe steering drawbar reduces plant damages due to tank trampling, infact the drawbar follows the tractor trajectory which ever the steering angle may be.

DIGESTATE SUBSOILINGDigestate is a farming resource which must be valorized. The applicator permits to bury slurry between rows making it available to the corn plant when it needs it the most.

DIGESTATEValorizing digestate is possible and the subsoiler applicator a winning strategy. Digestate infact is rich of nitrogen and other fundamental elements which contribute to plant growth. Digestate is perfect to apply during the advanced growing phase of the plant and helps maximize yield. Plant damaging and trampling are drastically reduced while working due to the large diameter wheels and the steering drawbar.

INDEPENDENT HYDRAULIC SYSTEMThe hydraulic system does not depend on the tractor. A group of solenoid valves manage various functions thanks to a control panel positioned in the cab. High system performance and zero risk of tractor oil contamination.

CAMERASThanks to the rear cameras, available upon request, it’s possible to monitor the working tools and simplify vehicle maneuverability.

PRESTODistributing and burying the product in only one pass is really easy. The rear 3 point hitch allows to combine different types of accessories, in only one pass the fertilizer can be distributed and the seedbed prepared. Working at high speed, approximately 10 km/h, combined with the versatility of the machine and this type of configuration generates high productivity. The hydraulic folding frame helps for safer road transport.

LEAF SPRINGThe leaf spring suspension is a very resistant type of shock absorber which is used for heavy duty work. This suspension is essential for loads heavier than 20 tons, thus necessary for dumpers with capacities greater than 21 cubic meters. This heavy duty suspension system is made of 5 sheets, each 25 mm thick.

PAINTING QUALITYAll dumpers are sandblasted and painted with a primer and 2-component enamel. This kind of painting process gives the vehicle greater resistance against time, corrosion and weathering.

The industrial axles with 400x80 brakes are equipped with leaf spring suspension which guarantees stability on the toughest terrains even with a full load. STEERING CORRECTORThanks to this system the vehicle adapts to the work mode. At high speed, over 10 km/h, the steering axle stiffens for more stability and safety. This system is activated by a control panel in the cab.

FACILITATED STEERINGThe first, third and fourth axels steer to help produce the same trajectory as the tractor. Despite the length of the vehicle it is possible to turn in tight side roads and perform u-turns with a tight turning radius.
