Refrigeration Plant Warranty: Our condensing units and evaporators are subject to a 2 year warranty. This is placed into effect immediately upon commissioning if Altitude Refrigeration Solutions have been engaged for the installation of equipment. If Altitude Refrigeration Solutions is supplying equipment only, the warranty is effective upon commissioning and handover, provided the Altitude commissioning data sheets have been completed in full and returned to us via email within 24 hours of commissioning date. Warranty claims within the 2 years are subject to proof that regular plant maintenance has been carried out by a qualified professional. Its recommended that Altitude Refrigeration Solutions provide a tailored Preventative Maintenance Plan to suite.

Food Service Range Warranty: 3 years parts and labour warranty, subject to an Altitude Refrigeration Solutions preventative maintenance plan. Alternative 2 years parts and labour warranty, subject to proof of routine maintenance by a qualified professional. Warranty is subject to receipt of full payment on invoiced product.
