PRODUCTION IN OUR OWN PLANT

AGROTEL products have been setting stan-dards for more than 25 years. Our customers benefit from our many years of experience in production and customer support.

We develop flexible, individualized solutions, and are therefore always able respond to the wishes of our customers.

A large team of sales advisers, plant repre-sentatives, and marketing partners at home and abroad ensures that all customer require-ments are rapidly and reliably processed and implemented.We use the most modern technologies and

machinery for manufacturing of our products. We ensure that all materials are sourced from the EU area.

Our production is divided into different areas. Thanks to the cooperation between the indi-vidual production areas, we are able to gua-rantee optimum quality and short production and delivery times.

Our principle of „everything from a single source“ obviously includes delivery and instal-lation.

We ensure that all products ordered from us - whether windbreak systems, doors, hangars, tank covers, or biogas components - are de-livered rapidly and reliably, and are correctly installed.

PRODUCTION IN OUR OWN PLANT

We carry out the technical design of the pro-ducts in-house. Our staff is thus able to respond ideally to the needs of the customers and, after discussion with Manufacturing, to implement the customers‘ requirements.

Thanks to the unique sheeting production workshop, which is fitted with one of the lon-gest welding tables in Europe, we are able to manufacture roof sheeting for halls, tank covers, gas tanks, ventilation systems, curtains, and tex-tile doors solutions of very high quality.

Steelwork is manufactured in a hall area of 3200 m². This is where supports for hall construction and for other AGROTEL products are manufac-tured in welding cabins and various welding preparation locations.

The in-house metalworking shop manufactu-res and assembles a wide range of components and profiles for doors and ventilation systems.

Our windbreak solutions vary in length, type of operation, and area of application. They can be desi-gned individually. We manufacture façade coverings, windbreak doors, and complete windbreak roll-up side-wall systems. A very wide range of textile doors makes it possible to fulfil all requirements.

Our products are used as means of ventilation and shade provision. This creates an optimum climate for the cattle. Because only healthy, happy cattle are also productive cattle!

AGROTEL hangar systems with covering made from sheeting: high translucency and heat re-flection make our hangars especially suitable for agricultural use, especially for keeping stock. Functionality, but also architectural adaptation to the installation location ensures successful projects.

Thanks to the huge span widths and individual manufacture of our hangar systems, they can be used very flexibly. For example, wood storage hangars from AGROTEL guarantee uniform storage of wooden raw materials at all times of year. Heat insu-lation is possible by means of an additional internal sheeting layer.

ILLUMINATION AND VENTILATION RIDGE

Adequate and adjustable ventilation in the ridge area is advantageous for barns. The system‘s intelli-gent form creates a very good chimney effect, and therefore especially efficient air extraction.

The sheeting, made from white synthetic-coated polyester fabric, has very good translucency and reflects the solar radiation.

It is driven by a geared motor in combination with a toothed rack mechanism.

The AGROTEL ridge system is a winner because of its stable construction using aluminium arches, and it can be installed both in sheeting halls, and also onto conventionally roofed buildings.
