ABOUTCreated with the simple desire to produce affordable luxury, Sakine started Amorium in 2012 in Miami as the ink from her final college exams were drying.With strong manufacturing resources, Sakine spared no time in working on her first collection. Since then, Amorium has produced over 1,000 pieces that have been sold in over 150 stores worldwide. Amorium aims to bring back the traditional methods of jewelry production in an age of mass production and plastic. Amorium is inspired by the artisans of the Eagean (now modern Turkey) who discovered new ways to mold precious metals and radiant stones. The Eagean method has since become Amorium’s core design philosophy; “Design creative and technically complex pieces with elegance that speak to the moment but stand the test of time.”As demand grew, Amorium saw opportunities in New York City’s global market. With greater access to the industries top trade shows and international market, moving its headquarters to the Big Apple in 2014 was the obvious choice. Now, only two years since its inception, and with customers worldwide, Amorium has now sold in over 60+ different countries.
