Within 7 days after recording of application, the
concerned officer shall fix the date for preliminary
inspection within 15 days from the date of recording of
the application. The concerned officer shall also examine
the application and inform the applicant about any
deficiency / missing information, if any, in the application
and / or enclosures attached therewith. Applicant shall be
advised to ensure compliance and make
information/documents available during PI. No other
documents/information shall be insisted for before PI.
III Preliminary inspection visit By IO within 15 days of recording of application . In case
of request from the applicant for postponement of the
visit for preliminary inspection, such request shall be
granted up to a maximum period of another 15 days.
IV Submission of IR by IO to BO &
preparation of draft red form in case
