LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY Product Category Warranty Duration Non-commercial Vehicles Limited Lifetime Commercial Vehicles 90 days from the date of purchase Original One warrants that, for the applicable product period stated in the table above, its parts are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. As your exclusive remedy, Original One will replace free of charge any Original One part that in its reasonable determination does not comply with the foregoing warranty. This warranty becomes null and void if the damage is caused by: misuse, abuse or accident, including off-road or racing; marine use, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation or other defective part; exposure to harsh weather and/or chemicals, including, without limitation, salt; or lack of proper maintenance. In order for this warranty to apply, you must be the original purchaser of the part and you must still own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed. This warranty becomes null and void if the product is opened or any sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any other condition that is beyond the control of Original One. This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any part defect or failure and represents Original One’s totally liability for any non-compliance with the foregoing warranty. IN ALL CASES, ORIGINAL ONE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR COSTS OR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL, VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMODATIONS RESUTING FROM ANY FAILURE OF AN ORIGINAL ONE PART TO COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED. CONDITION OF ANY KIND OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Therefore all implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages, so the above information may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. If any provision of the warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
