The minimum requirement – a state-of-the-art production facilityThat’s exactly what we have here at Dental Direkt. We don’t compromise when choosing machinery – all components are made on automatic lathes from the Swiss manufacturer Tornos. As a pioneer in medical technology with more than 30 years of experience, Tornos machines guarantee the highest level of precision, perfect surface quality and maxi-mum productivity. We combine Swiss engineering skills with our process know-how to manufacture perfect implant components.

A closer lookExtremely precise coordinate measuring machines (CMM) are used to inspect highly-precise, manufactured implant components such as prefabs, Ti-Bases and scanbodies. The components are subject to a 100% inspection along with optical measurement technology.

The implant screw – the connecting element

Implant components are subject to strict legal regulations. This includes inspection as per DIN ISO 14801, which re-lates to components with regard to appearance of fatigue under conditions of alternating stress. At Dental Direkt, we don’t just follow this directive with regard to new product development, we also apply it to batch control, performed daily. This guarantees consistently high quality.

Measurement is carried out on multi-sensor technology measurement equipment. These facilitate both optical and tactile (contact) me-asurement, ensuring maximum flexibility in a highly-regulated area such as medical techno-logy.

Implants are becoming increasingly popular. Nevertheless, there are always uncertainties during the choice of the

right abutment.

Standard abutments or Individual abutments? Outsourcing or in-house production?

All Individual abutments made from prefabs are adjusted and manufactured exclusively for the patient and his situati-

on. With computer-assisted in-house manufacturing and a very attractive price, you have many advantages compared

to a ready-made abutment, especially if fast delivery times are important.

30-year guarantee on implant components Every single product passes through very strict 100% inspections before delivery. Only based on these means of

control we can be sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase in long term and that’s why we grant a 30-year

warranty on all prefabs and titanium bases in form of a free-of-charge replace delivery.

If an implant loss after healing is caused by a Dental Direct Abutment and the supplier of the implant rejects guarantee

in connection with our abutments, we take over the costs of the replacement implant as far as it is necessary for

dental reasons.

Costs due to dental treatment and laboratory costs are not part of the guarantee.

Safety without compromises We,Dental Direkt GmbH, offer prefabs and titanium bases for all common implant systems from our list of implant

systems. All Dental Direkt products are manufactured by using state-of-the-art CAD / CAM technology and turned or

milled from Titanium grade 5-ELI. With a precision of 3 μm we can guarantee the fitting accuracy of the Prefab inter-

face with the implant.

Detailed information about the warranty for our implant components can be found in the warranty conditions which

are available from us.

These warranty conditions apply to products delivered by Dental Direkt GmbH as of 01.03.2019.
