2018 was yet another year of tremendous growth for Rear View Safety, and we could not have done it without the help, support, and patronage we received from you – our amazing customers.

Over this past year, we dedicated ourselves to strengthening where we were already strong and grow-ing in new areas, all part of our consistent goal to make you, your vehicles, and our roads that much safer. Something that increased exponentially this year was the adaptation of integrated solutions, in particular camera systems with integrated sensors. While backup cameras are a huge help, many operators are trained to use their mirrors when reversing, and we all know the saying about old dogs and new tricks. Adjusting to camera systems can be hard, and even with rear visibility, backup acci-dents can happen. With an integrated sensor system, the driver is alerted when something is behind them, and this draws their attention immediately to the monitor. Integrated solutions like this maximize the utilization of safety systems and make sure our customers are getting the most out of their safety solutions.

We know that unfortunately, accidents caused by others on the road can not always be prevented. For that reason, we greatly expanded our Mobile DVR program by growing our DVR team, streamlining department leadership, and investing in the hardware, software, and support that we offer.
