Texchem is primarily a downstream user of rawmaterials (substances) and we prepare

preparations from these raw materials, no newsubstances are produced during the blendingprocess.

Because of this, Texchem's current products donot require registration so we have had tocontact our raw material suppliers, whom insome cases had to do the same, to determinethe REACH status of each raw material. Theresponse from our suppliers has been positive,with the majority of them confirming that pre-

registration has been carried out.

Texchem has also adapted its purchaseconditions, so that only REACH conformingproducts can be delivered in to us.

Texchem imports substances from outside ofthe E.U., in each case the manufacturer hasachieved REACH compliance by using onlyrepresentatives, furthermore we haveEuropean alternatives for each imported

substance, so we can say with confidence thatnone of our product range will disappearbecause of REACH.

Substances of Very High Concern in Texchempreparations are indicated in the MSDS for thatpreparation. The current list of SVHC can beseen on the ECHA website.
