Paul Rhodes Bakery was founded in 2003 by Michelin-starred chef Paul Rhodes, and since that time we have grown to become one of the leading independent bakeries in London, specialising in handcrafted breads and pastries, all made using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques.
From our Greenwich bakery, we provide clients of all sizes within the London area - from foodservice companies, hotel chains and major venues, to bars, restaurants and independent cafes and delis - with all their bakery needs, virtually every day of the year. And whatever the size and nature of their order, it all gets delivered freshly baked and early in the morning, by our own drivers.
This product brochure lists our full core range but we also create a number of seasonal and special occasion selections throughout the year. In addition, we offer clients a bespoke service and readily develop and create products to a brief, where appropriate volumes exist.
We know one size doesn’t fit all, so we also offer six different slicing variants for most of our extensive loaves range, as well as numerous size options for products such as rolls and tarts. However, if you don’t see what you are looking for, or have any suggestions, please do let us know. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and are always happy to listen and act on customer feedback.

Sourdough is the oldest and most original form of leavened bread. At Paul Rhodes Bakery we use a long-fermented method which gives our breads their unique sour flavour, open texture and amazing crust.
Sourdough has a longer natural shelf life.
