Twin Wall DuctingTwinwall ducting offers the advantages of a lightweight flexible product combined with high strength and durability. Both coils and lengths are designed to meet the required compression strength to current Highways specification and are supplied in various colours and markings to suit NJUG recommendations.

Manufactured in polyethylene, the external corrugated profile gives the product added strength and the internal bore is smooth to prevent cables from snagging. If required, a sealed joint may be achieved by using two profile seals and a push fit coupling.

Sizes below in MM Supplied in 6mtr or 50mtr coils in sizes from 32/40mm to 600/680 diameter.

Marker Tape & DrawcordWe can supply a wide range of marker tapes to display any required service. We can also supply detectable marker tape and marker tiles. We keep 6mm drawcord as standard in 220 mtr rolls and 500 mtr drums but other thicknesses are available on request.

Smooth Black Polyethylene Electric Duct

Smooth bore solid wall black ducts are available in 32/37mm, 38/44mm, 50/60mm Diameters in 25mtr, 50mtr & 100mtr Coils.

This duct has flexibility, as well as exceptional impact resistance and durability and can be used for either open trench or trenchless applications. Meets the requirements of BSEN50086-2-4 and BSEN61386.

Twinwall HDPE Drainage Pipe For surface water, highway & carrier drain applications.Twin Wall high density polyethylene pipe manufactured from 100% recycled plastic. The pipe is manufactured in a twin extrusion process, which forms two pipes, and heat welds them together as they are formed. The outside wall is corrugated whilst the inside wall is smooth.

 

Suitable for use in Civil Engineering, Agriculture and other subsoil applications. This pipe is available perforated, un-perforated and half perforated, which broadens the range of applications for which it is used.

Premier Duct Access ChambersAlthough it is aimed primarily at the Street Lighting and Traffic Signals industries, it is suitable for most applications where a duct access chamber is required.

The robust design means that the boxes are not prone to deformation whilst being backfilled with concrete, unlike some other systems on the market, giving the contractor and client peace of mind.

However, a Concrete backfill is not required in most cases

Band SealsWe offer a full range of flexible couplings for the sewerage, drainage and plumbing industries to connect any types and sizes of pipes.

Plastech provide a reliable and cost effec-tive system for the permanent and water-tight localised repair of sewers and drains by the No-Dig technique. By eliminating the need for costly and often disruptive excava-tion these Kits save the contractor time and money.

Band seal couplings are especially suitable for drains, sewers and underground pipelines. The extensive range connects pipes from 24mm to over 2000mm nominal size (DN), to other pipes of the same or different sizes and materials.

Band-Seal flexible repair couplings consist of moulded synthetic elastomeric sleeves and stainless steel clamping bands. Standard Couplings also include a stainless steel shear band. A wide range of Bushes, Tools and End Caps complete the range.

Built-in (flush fitted) Gas Meter Box

The built-in gas meter box houses all domestic U6 and G4 meters and is designed to mirror the standard flush fitted electric meter box. This box is fully approved to National Grid Gas (Transco) specifications. 409mm wide x 595mm high x 210mm deep. Brickwork opening size: 370mm x 530mm x 150mm. Surface mounted gas meter box Mk2Popular for use in conversions, or for when there is no cavity to build into, the surface mounted gas meter box can be used as a replacement cover for a broken meter box when the back plate is removed. This meter box is fully approved to National Grid Gas (Transco) specifications. 408mm wide x 503mm high x 224mm deep.

Standard flush fitted (built-in) electric meterThe most popular electric meter box, the standard flush fitted electric meter box houses any domestic electric meter and is designed to mirror the standard built-in gas meter box. With customer choice of cable entry positions this universal version can be used in any area of the UK. Overall size: 409mm wide x 595mm high x 210mm deep. Brickwork opening size: 365mm x 535mm x 150mm.

Separators remove oil and liquid hydrocarbons from surface water run-off while aiding settlement of silt and other suspended solids to avoid pollution of receiving waters.

Geotextiles and Geosynthetic MembranesOur range of geotextiles have excellent filtration properties, making them ideal for use in a variety of construction applications. Examples would include trench drains, wrapping of infiltration and attenuation units, wrapping of perforated drainage pipes and encapsulation of granular drainage blankets.

Non Woven White Geotextile

Our thermally bonded non woven geotextiles have been developed for separation and filtration in a wide range of groundworks applications and manufactured using a unique thermal bonding process. Used as a separation and filtration layer in applications for erosion control, attenuation units, horse arenas, trench drains etc. A variety of grades are available dependant on each application.

Woven Black Geotextile

Woven geotextile membranes are manufactured from extruded polypropylene tapes which are resistant to all naturally occurring soil acids and alkalis and is unaffected by bacteria and fungi. Its woven construction delivers high tensile strength, making it particularly suitable for use in separation layers. A variety of grades are available dependant on each application.

Geosynthetic Membranes

We offer a wide range of impermeable liners for wrapping modular water storage units/blocks, creating a watertight barrier to prevent storm water from filtering and saturating the surrounding ground. Geomembranes are now also widely used for the containment of liquids, solids and gases in a va-riety of construction applications such as stormwater control, lakes, ponds and reservoirs.
